Why is linderman invisible

He is a well-known mobster with ties to several of the main characters. He is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and is an avid chef and collector of art and antiquities, and has a large collection of Isaac Mendez 's art.

Linderman was never shown for the first 17 episodes. He was only mentioned by name. He has many of Isaac's paintings as well as the sword Hiro Nakamura required.

He has supplied Nathan Petrelli 's political campaign with money. However, he is sought after by the authorities who seem to think he's doing illegal things. It is often implied that he is some sort of Las Vegas styled mob boss.

He has hired Jessica Sanders as an assassin. It is revealed in that Linderman, Angela Petrelli, and Robert Bishop were all present at Coyote Sands during the program to try and neutralize abilities.

After the massacre at Coyote Sands,the few survivors, including Linderman agreed to form the Company, to keep the abilities a secret, "no matter the cost". In , Daniel Linderman was being held in the Riker's Island Correctional Facility for committing the crimes of racketeering, extortion, conspiracy, insider trading and bribery.

In Genesis , Nathan Petrelli is on the phone with Mr. Linderman at his political headquarters, though he hangs up when his brother Peter enters, saying he'll call back.

Nicole Sanders owes Mr. Jessica Sanders eventually takes over and kills the two. Afraid of what else Mr. Linderman would do, she decides to run and try to hide from him. Linderman wants to see her. In Collision , at the Montecito Casino , one of Mr. Linderman's subordinates tells Niki that he's willing to forget her debt if she seduces Nathan Petrelli. To pay off the money Niki's split personality Jessica starts working for Linderman as an assassin.

Jessica fails to kill Nathan resulting in him meeting with Linderman. He then promises to help Nathan win the election and even heals his wif'e's paralysis. Linderman's true plan was to have Nathan become the president with the country uniting under him as a result of fear after Peter exploded in New York.

Like Adam, Linderman believed that what he was doing would help the world. Niki rescues her son and along with Nathan stop Peter from exploding. Niki and her husband go to confront Linderman for taking their son. Linderman urges Niki to kill her husband but she refused to do so. Her husband then kills him by phasing his fist through Linderman's head. After his death, Bob Bishop takes over the company.

Linderman appears as a ghost in Season 3 speaking with several characters. However this was really the work of Maury Parkman Matt Parkman's father who was acting under orders from Arthur to make sure things went as planned.
