Why is happy wheels so slow

Happy Wheels badly coded? I play some happy wheels on the official website from time to time, and found that when the blood setting is set to maximum detail I actually get some lag, some times down to 20FPS, when blood is shed in game. The problem is that I have an Ivy Bridge i7 processor. I can play Battlefield 3 on max settings smoothly. Apparently Happy Wheels is so badly coded that it runs worse than Metro I wonder if my Flash player may be the problem.

Response to Happy Wheels badly coded? You're very illiterate aren't you. It's likely a combination of poor coding and the fact that Flash can't render more than a few polygons at a time without having performance issues. What Archawn said. Rendering a lot of objects on the screen in flash can really slow down the FPS if it's not coded properly. For the sake of preservation however, it has been expressed that the original Flash version will still be accessible here , provided one has the means to access it.

Additionally, a test version can be found here. Unlike the original, it was not developed by Jim Bonacci , instead outsourced to Goodboy Digital , a London-based Digital-play development company.

Initial closed Beta testing started in late October through the official Discord and ended by December 28th with the first public version released by that date. The game plays like the original, with a fairly faithful port of the box2D engine to replicate it as closely as possible.

But, for some devices, the game will run at 30 frames per second, which is the highest one for those. Featured levels will be ported over and be playable in the remake, as will all other levels in the database, published or not.

However, as a result of the migration to Javascript, all replays are thereby rendered inaccurate across all systems. Do note in initial open beta, Happy Green Hills is not playable as the level itself was created within Flash itself. It is anticipated that this will be resolved in subsequent patches.

With the release of the JS version, flavour text, some of them rather tongue-in-cheek, can be seen on the homescreen.

Kid, 10 years old October 28, OK so it seems like the game is gory bloody and gross BUT this game is not very bad, seeing a how the blood and gore is optional, so you can turn it off, however characters can be blown up, stabbed to death, ripped in half and bleed out, decapitated, get limbs torn off, or turned into tomato soup in a UN-realistic manner.

Kid, 9 years old September 20, Kid, 11 years old August 15, Gruesome Happy wheels is crazy game where you try to get though a bunch of obstacles like harpoons and wrecking balls, when you get hit by an obstacle crazy stuff can happen.

You basically get torn apart or your head will come off, it is very unrealistic, the blood is like red dots and when a part of you gets destroyed it looks very fake. There is no way you can chat with other people, because you can't play with other people, you are just playing against your self. Oh, and one other thing you need to know,if you have the volume up your character frequently says [email protected] when he gets heart.
