All other crossings are mountainous, particularly those in the middle which - even where there are tunnels - involve hairpin-bend climbs to a height of well over metres. Roads up to and down from Andorra are good, but involve climbing to over metres. The crossing from the north towards Vielha allows entry into Spain without crossing the Pyrenees.
